The author of Mental Metamorphosis did not set out to write a book. He set out to understand.
His path began with discipline, structure, and a fascination with the patterns that shape reality. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics in 2016 and a Master of Science in Applied Statistics in 2020, immersing himself in the study of probability, complex systems, and the hidden frameworks that govern uncertainty. What began as an academic pursuit gradually became something more profound: a way of seeing the world itself.
He served in the United States Air Force from 2010 to 2025, operating in environments where precision, situational awareness, and disciplined analysis were essential. He now continues his service as a Cryptologic Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve, working in a field where meaning is rarely obvious and truth often lies concealed beneath layers of complexity and noise.
Alongside his military service, he works as a Data Scientist at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center, confronting problems that demand both rigorous logic and intuitive insight, where patterns must be discovered rather than presented.
Yet Mental Metamorphosis was not born from professional experience alone.
At the center of his life is his family. He is a devoted husband and the proud father of three beautiful daughters, whose love, curiosity, and unwavering support continually remind him that the deepest lessons in life are often found not in theory, but in relationships. Outside of his professional pursuits, he enjoys spending time with his family and sharing a love of movies, finding in great stories another way to explore the complexities of the human experience.
Above all, he is a dedicated, non-denominational Christian. His faith is the foundation of his worldview, shaping both his pursuit of truth and his understanding of wisdom. While Mental Metamorphosis explores the mechanics of thought, identity, and transformation, it is ultimately grounded in his conviction that genuine transformation begins with God, the Creator of the human mind.
His intellectual journey has also been shaped by an extensive study of philosophy, psychology, metaphysics, and personal development. Among the works that have profoundly influenced his thinking are Neville Goddard’s writings, including At Your Command and Out of This World; James Allen’s timeless classic As a Man Thinketh; and the writings of Thomas Troward. Rather than accepting ideas at face value, he has approached each work analytically, examining, comparing, and testing principles against reason, experience, and the lens of Scripture. The result is not a repetition of any one philosophy, but a synthesis forged through years of study, reflection, and discernment.
Over time, another realization emerged. The same invisible structures that govern systems, signals, and information also shape the architecture of the human mind. Thoughts are not as random as they appear. Identity is not as fixed as it feels. Transformation is not accidental. Like every complex system, it follows principles, whether recognized or not.
This book is the culmination of that realization.
It is offered not as doctrine or instruction, but as an invitation to recognize what has always been present yet seldom articulated. The author writes as both observer and participant, driven not by the desire to persuade, but by the conviction that some discoveries lose their value when left unshared.
